OMG. I am determined to make one of these in all my spare time...which I have none of but hey, a guy can dare to dream right? I snagged a few pics of the full suit Mjolnir Battle Armor from Halos Master Chief created by Adam Grumbo.

I have wanted to create a suit like this ever since the first ones showed up at the HALO 2 release which where made by Nightmare Armor I believe. Microsoft ordered quite a few suits from them which ran around $3000 a piece if I recall correctly.

I'm not interested in making them for profit but for my own personal enjoyment. For years I've always made costumes for Halloween to go out with my kids when they where younger and now that they're grown its onto the grandkids. I have some limited experience with casting and mold making from my time spent as an Exhibits Technican at our local city funded museum and I'm currently exploring all my options.

My goal would be to make an excellent armor suit as pictured below as well as a really detailed under garment with all the accents to really pull off a polished piece from head to toe. I'd also love to get the process down enough to make a suit for my nephews to wear one Halloween. The true definition of good times.
